Acono Basins and Water Fall (North Trinidad)

Ok time to stir things up a bit. Enough with the beaches lets start enjoying another water feature that Trinidad offers *drum roll* ..... water falls. And to begin this exciting journey we will first submerge ourselves into the waters of Acono Basins and Water Fall. Yes we're still at Maracas North Coast, we take a somewhat short hike upstream, crossing the river bed a few times whilst enjoying the beauty of cocoa and orchard trees on our way. As we approach closer no one can mistake the the distinct sound of a water fall as it gashes against the rocky wall and into the river. Time for a refreshing bath, come join in.
