Club / Lounge: Paprika (Woodbrook Trinidad)

Well this club is the new kid on the block. Everyone is talking about it, there's great vibes and sophistication at Club Paprika. It can be found on Wooodbrook Avenue, the party street of Trinidad. Paprika is mostly filled with patrons on a Friday and Saturday night. They enjoy private parking, controlled, relaxing, clean party atmosphere. The building is divided into a few small rooms which carry their own themes, there's Morocco, Spain and Paris. Of all the themes the one feature that I enjoy most are the very large eccentric chandeliers hanging in each room ..... so breath taking though. One can dine in on their exquisite menu plans, enjoy a cock tail or two and then dance the night away with friends or someone new ;) . Have you ever been to Club Paprika?

Road Side Vending: Gyros (Woodbrook Trinidad)

The new trend that have been hitting Trinidad shores for the past few years has been a yummy invasion of Gyros. This dish is a must have after partying on the avenue at 3:00am in the morn, it will sober you right up (nope) but it certainly tastes yummy going down!! Yousef Gyros is one of many Gyro Vendors that line the street corners on the avenue. They serve a variation of a flat bread wrapped in meat (chicken, shrimp, falafel, beef, pork) with lettuce and tomatoes. This dish (Middle Eastern) is a true representation of the melting pot culture that Trinidad embraces theres no discrimination here especially when you bring tasty food. We all lick our fingers together and welcome you :)

Club Aria (Woodbrook Trinidad)

So every Trini knows that Friday is national liming (partying) day. Friday night is national party night (unofficially) and almost every club have entry specials to entice you and your friends to come join in on some fun. There's free premium drinks before 12:00pm, ladies pay half price at the door, best selection of Djs and pure vibes all night through. You will can't help but sing along to the tunes and join in with the crowd as we 'wine away'. Music such as Soca, Regge, Dance Hall, Hip Hop, Techno etc are played. Have you ever been to Club Aria? Whats your experience .... rate it from 1-10 with 10 being the absolute best time of your life.

Caura Waterfall (North Trinidad)

Its bright and early Sunday morning, so lets take a trip to another destination. To Caura we shall go! Almost everyone in Trinidad that enjoy fun filled beauteous river limes have visited Caura Village. I somewhat think its an unofficial national river park for the occasional family friendly lime 'chill'. Pelau or Curry Chicken anyone? Avocat Waterfall (North Trinidad)

We are still at the North Coast guys ..... there's so much to discover so much awaits you. Yes Blanchisseuse Village, we are still at your door discovering and enjoying your environs. Madamas Water Fall (North Trinidad)

As we continue on our waterfall journey, lets open our arms and embrace the tranquil, beauteous small village of Brasso Seco ... home of the Madamas Water Fall. There's never a dull moment for your eye when you visit this beautiful village in the country side. Can I say breath taking or is that too common a term :/ either way Brasso Seco you are the epitome of nature's beauty, you sit right on her lap as she pats you with more magnificence and splendour each day lol. 3 Sprout Falls Morne La Croix (North Trinidad)

Another waterfall trip .... anyone??!! Yes you should certainly join me on this one, I am taking a trip to 3 Sprout Falls Morne La Croix. This hike started on the Arima Blanchisseuse Road and is somewhat located between Blanchisseuse and La Fillet. I wish you can join me as I inhale this freash air, experience the nice cooling breeze and as always take in Trinidad's breath taking scenery. What can I say ..... another waterfall .... another God given moment. I am sooooo happy to be alive and given the opportunity to live and enjoy my island Trinidad. Are you excited to visit?
